The biological meaning of adult is a term used to describe an animal that is that is capable of reproduction. In the context of humans adults have significance that is shaped by moral and social concepts. An adult who is legally mature is, as opposed to "minors" or non-adults, is someone who is over the age of majority and is therefore considered independent, responsible, and self-sufficient. They are also known as"major" or "major". It is generally accepted that the minimum age that a person legally matures is 18. As we grow older, there are three distinct phases The first is early adulthood (18-30 years), Middle Adulthood (30-60 years) and finally, late adulthood (60%-60 percent). Physical maturation has been completed by the time we reach our early adulthood (20-40s) but the weight and height may increase slightly. When we reach early adulthood, our physical abilities reach their peak. These include muscle strength and reaction time.
